When John bargains with the Angel of Death to go back to earth for a few hours, she says yes on condition he confronts the people who done him wrong. John meets his fiancée who left him standing at the altar and the doctor who did not diagnose his fatal condition, with surprising results. It is what it is, until it isn’t.
